Registration Process on www.cowin.gov.in for Corona Virus Vaccination

The state government has secured 1.50 crore vaccination doses for the free corona vaccine campaign for people aged 18 to 45 in the state from May 1. This important decision has been taken in the meeting of the core committee chaired by Chief Minister Vijay Bhai Rupani.

For this purpose, the state government has ordered to get 10 million doses of Covishield vaccine from Poona Serum Institute as well as 50 lakh doses of Covacin vaccine from Bharat Biotech, Hyderabad.

You will also see the Cowin Dashboard on the Arogya Setu app. After clicking there you have to tap on Login / Register. Then you have to enter your mobile number. On which OTP will come which by entering your mobile number will be verified. After that you have to choose one of the photo ID cards like Aadhaar, PAN, driving license. Information like name, date of birth has to be given.

You will then see a page on which you can add 4 more people to your mobile number to be vaccinated. After this, as soon as you enter your zip code, a list of vaccination centers will open in front of you. This is how you will get information about vaccination date and timing.

He said vaccination is the best way to avoid corona. In the same way that the vaccination campaign has gained momentum in the state, it is imperative that all the officials and employees of the district administration, including senior secretaries, fulfill their responsibility to protect everyone between the ages of 18 and 45 from corona vaccine from May 1.

Here’s how to make an appointment on the Covin Portal

Visit the Covin Portal (www.cowin.gov.in). There verify your 10 digit mobile number through OTP. Then the Registration for Vaccination page will open where you have to fill in basic information about yourself like name, date of birth etc. On the other hand, after the registration is complete, you can add 3 more people to your own mobile number in the account details.
